This is a slow dried natural coffee from Burni Telong on the island of Sumatra. It is produced by smallholder farmers in association with the Central Sumatra Coffee Company. 

Flavor Notes: Orange, Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Basil, Red Wine

We recommend a more course grind with this coffee for pour-overs a quicker extraction time and slightly shorter yields for espresso.
